3 Areas to Work On Before Listing a St. Louis Home For Sale

The Asking Price

The key to a good asking price is to look at competitor sales.  These comparable homes will give a more accurate idea of what the house is worth on the current St. Louis market.  Home sellers will want to find comparable St. Louis homes that have recently sold that have similar square footage, the same amount of bathrooms or bedrooms, and is in similar condition.

And then make the necessary moves to get the home ready. Making this effort up front will give home sellers a chance to get their home sold quickly and at a price they want.
